A unit that had been sitting empty, wanted back in a state it could be let or traded from, without rebuilding it.
What we did
Stripped back, the walls made good, new partitions framed and boarded, then painted through, a new floor laid and a kitchenette fitted with a solid worktop.

A clean, lit, usable space with a new door hung and the floor down, ready to move into.

The old kitchen out, services moved to suit the new layout, first fix for the plumbing and electrics, then the units, worktop, splashback and extractor fitted.

Questions before you ring

Do you charge for a quote?

No. A visit and a written quote cost you nothing and commit you to nothing. If a visit to your particular job would involve a cost, you are told that on the phone before anybody sets off.

How soon could you start?

It depends on the size of the job and what is already booked in. Ring with your postcode and what you want doing and you will get a straight answer about timing rather than a holding one.

Do you do the work yourself or subcontract it?

Ask on the call. Some trades on a building job are specialists by law, and you should know who is doing what and who your point of contact is before anything starts.

Can you work to drawings we already have?

Yes. Bring them. If something on them will be a problem to build, it is far better to find that out before three people have priced it.
